According to a report by Mail Online, Police were called to dozens of supermarkets as the midnight sales descended into chaos, with shoppers resorting to wrestling one another on the shop floor as they competed over discounted TVs and other items.
It was said that the chaos even led to one woman being injured by a falling TV, while a fight broke out when a teenage girl started throwing advent calendars around the store.
It was also said that staff were left in tears and a female staff member has was left with a black eye following a fight.
Wow!!.. As good as Black Friday sounds, it comes with its challenges for shoppers right?
