A father has been hit with a £1,792 bill after his 10-year-old daughter downloaded 28 hours of videos on how to make loom bands.
Trinity Groves watched hundreds of the tutorials over two weeks on her Nokia phone after the family's home Wi-Fi stopped working
But her father, Philip, 35, was unaware his daughter had instead been using Vodafone's premium rates for the internet in order to access Youtube videos.
Trinity had watched 28 hours worth of online videos on how to make loom bands so she could impress her friends at school
Mr Groves who was stunned on seeing his September bill been charged at £1,411 had phoned Vodafone to contest the amount and cancel his contract but was dealt a double blow when they slapped an extra £381 cancellation fee on top.
Haha.. This is double trouble.
What would you do if this was your child??

Loom Bands ... am sure he needs to educate his daughter on the effects of watching videos on home internet. she could have used her library's wifi for it. Learning things online should be encouraged !
