EKITI STATE GOVERNOR FAYOSE HAS APPOINTED SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR “STOMACH INFRASTRUCTURE”

Fayose 2
Ekiti State's newly elected governor, Ayo Fayose, is starting off his term in office with a fulfillment of  one of his promises as he appoints a Special Assistant on “Stomach Infrastructure.”                                                                                                                       During his campaign, the governor distributed bags of rice and other food items to the people of Ekiti. He was criticized by many of trying  to use food to sway voters. However, he ignored the criticism, and promised to elect a “Stomach Infrastructure” Special Assistant, because according to him, “You can put a tar on the road but if I don’t have a car and I’m hungry, then that tar is meaningless. Tarring our road is wonderful but putting food inside this stomach is very important."
