Chris Brown is the proud father of a 9-month-old baby girl ... TMZ has learned.

The baby's mother is a 31-year-old former model named Nia -- who we're told has known Chris for several years. 

Sources connected to both Nia and Chris tell us they are on very good terms -- however they're not together romantically. We're told 25-year-old Chris is happy about being a father.

It does not appear there is a formal child support order in place -- and we do not know the nature of any informal terms of support.

One thing's for sure ... baby girl looks a lot like Daddy.

OMG!! Gang fight in Oshodi area of Lagos kill about 4 people..buses are vandalized and burnt to ashes

Pandemonium broke out in the Mosafejo, Oshodi-Isale area of Lagos State, after rival groups said to be members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, clashed on Tuesday evening and early Wednesday.

Four people were reportedly killed, while several others were injured in the fracas which was stopped after the intervention of security agencies.

It was said that no fewer than 15 commercial buses were set on fire, while 12 others were vandalised.
Makeshift stalls in the Mosafejo Motor Park were also torched, leaving traders in the park mourning their losses.

It was reported that the atmosphere was still tense as men of the Nigeria Police Force and some soldiers were observed patrolling the area.

The motor park, which is said to be usually filled with vehicles, was deserted as the police armoured tanks and patrol vans took over the space.

Broken bottles, shards of glass from shattered windscreens and pebbles, said to have been deployed by some of the hoodlums during the fight, littered the road.

Bloodstains dotted the Oshodi Roundabout, where a man was said to have been shot dead and his corpse taken away by the police.

According to punch, the fight involved three groups ─ Big London boys, Railway boys and Under-bridge boys.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the fight started after the police ordered that there should be a stop in hemp smoking in the motor park.

The move was said to have been supported by the Big London boys, which brought them in conflict with the Railway and Under-bridge gangs who saw them as an ally of the police.

The on-off girlfriend of Ray J has been arrested for allegedly 'beating him to a bloody pulp'.

According to TMZ reports, Princess Love attacked her 34-year-old partner last Wednesday morning around 3 am in New Orleans after waiting for him to return to his hotel from a strip club.

Ray J reportedly told police that Princess went 'ballistic' before cracking several of his ribs, busting his lip open, and tearing a ligament in his knee.

Police save woman from sinking with BMW, drag her to safety seconds before she ran out of air after she drove off a pier

A woman whose car drove off a rock wall of a car park into a harbour and immediately began sinking at a frightening speed was reportedly saved by policemen.

The petrified woman was squashed up against the rear window as the front end of the BMW was rapidly submerging into the Waitemata Harbour in Auckland at 3pm on Tuesday.

Fortunately for her, witnesses called emergency services as quick-thinking heroic policemen arrived and sprung straight into action by jumping into the water and managed to shatter the rear window before pulling out the relieved woman.
