Trey Songz has been single since he and his longtime girlfriend Tanaya Henry split in September 2015 and now Khloe seems to be seeing possibilities for the two of them. The duo were first linked in March when Trey came on her TV Show and yesterday both were spotted leaving Khloe's birthday in good spirits.
