The mother of two was on stage for her hit 'Piece Of Me' show in Vegas last week, when fans watched as a chunk of her hair extensions fall from her head.
Of course, she pretended not to notice that her hair had fallen onto the stage but not for so long as a fan's video caught the moment which is now viral..
