Kim K shows off post-baby bod as she strips down to nothing for first GQ cover

The 35-year-old reality star gave birth to her second child Saint in December and has ever since been working on getting her body back. As a way of showing off her hard work, Kim has posed naked on the cover of GQ with just a leather jacket to preserve her modesty. 

The shoot marks GQ's tenth anniversary and promises to show the star 'as you've never seen her before'.
