Records have shown that when it comes to earnings, business clout and social media cachet, clean-cut and more tone down singers like Taylor Swift, Lorde and playful Katy Perry are outperforming their raunchier counterparts, Miley, Rihanna and Anaconda rapper Nicki Minaj.
