The controversial actress and singer came out from her Art Basel concert at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami yesterday the 3rd of December without a top but for disco ball pasties on her nipples. She was donning a silver and glittery wig, thong-suspender sling over glittery pantyhose and matching ballet flats. She seemed to be more concerned about the bottom than the top part of her body. LOL
