" I did not do liposuction" - Bimbo Akintola

 

Nollywood actress, Bimbo Akintola has come out to dispel rumours that she had a liposuction while attributing her new trimmed look to her hours of exercise in the gym.

The beautiful Nollywood actress who has been looking so trimmed of late, made this disclosure recently.

In a recent chat with The Punch, Bimbo said, 

“I do a lot of exercise. I did not do liposuction. If you go to Eko Gym, I am usually there by 5:40am and I work out for hours. But anytime I am shooting a movie, I hardly have time to go to the gym.”

According to witnesses, the young man had taken the girl whom he had met few days earlier to his friend's place, with the intention of having sex with her. But it turned out to be tragic for him as the girl was said to have refused his sexual advances.

Fire guts Alausa mechanic village, burns 15 cars

The mechanic village on Ashabi Cole Street in the Central Business District, Alausa, Lagos has been ravaged by fire.

According to Punch, the fire which started at about 2:30am lasted several hours leaving over 15 vehicles destroyed with another 10 others partly burnt.

Though, the inferno was brought under control by men of the state Fire Service many hours after it had wrecked havoc in the mechanic village, several motor batteries and generators were also reported to have been lost in the incident.

President's wife calls for replacement of Adamawa commissioner

Wife of the President, Hajiya Aisha Buhari, on Friday called on Governor Muhammed Bindow Jibrilla of Adamawa State to swap his male Commissioner for Women Affairs, Alhaji Aliyu Tola, with a woman.

Hajiya Buhari made the call in Yola, the capital, while inaugurating a free medical check-up for 2,000 women in the state under her pet project, the Aisha Buhari Women Health Initiative.
